Log tabs adjustable #19

With the new UI using bootstrap instead of Jquery UI helped a lot with lower memory and speed but wasn't able to add changing the height of tab areas. Will be looking at a way to add that feature back in by request. Shouldn't be that hard just need time to figure out the best way of doing it.

I have it resizing the tab content area when users create many tabs that cause it to use two lines. This can be used with the queue watch adjusting for the future.

This should now be working with a small area on the bottom right which can be pulled up or down. This needs to be tested more but I feel satisfied it should be good.
