Allow search options in panda UI #23

Need to give users access to the search options for blocking id's and excluding terms. Probably will add a tab in the details modal.

Search options has been added into the details section of a search job. Some options still may not work but blocking, excluding and including will work.

Most options seem to be working so closing this issue. Still need to add a button to send a search job to the search UI once that page is finished. I also want to add a button to regular panda's to create or convert it to a search job.
