Issue description Wrong exception thrown for a correct command

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. set hours
  2. 12
  3. add tuition /n Science Tuit /s 2020-10-22 1600 /e 2020-10-22 1800 /l Clem

What’s the expected result? Tuition added

What’s the actual result? Error thrown stating it has exceeded recommended time

Thank you for bringing this issue up. We downgraded this as we feel that this is not a serious problem for the user - in the following run, the updated hours will be reflected.
