Hi everyone there!

I need help! I'm trying to import my own data matrix to be used in iNEXT but anything I've tried is useful. My data is in a .TXT format. Only with column names (5) and no row names, all columns are X long.

Could anyone please help me?

Hi, send me your data, I'll check it for you. Regards.

Hi. BErfanian. I really appreciate your good intentions to help me with this. I think, I found a solution to my issue. How ever, I would like to learn from you and tell me what would you do?.

In the other hand, I want to test the iDIP (Chao's et al 2014) strategy to partition diversity. In her webpage, theres only a way possible by using the q1 (Shannon's aproximation). It would be very helpful to me if you would know and share the scripts for q0 (Richness) so that I could make a comparative work with Veech's and Lande's strategy.

Thank you very much for your time.

I do not know which article you mean, After some efforts, I can correctly run iNEXT for both abundance-based and incidence-based data. If you have trouble in running that function, tell me and i check if i could help you. If you send me the name of Chao's et al 2014 article, I'll read that and tell you if i could help you in performing your research or not. Regards.

Hi there Mohammad! Thank you very much for your help.

I mean this article (adjunct above). Here's where I'd like to know Gamma using q0 order.
