Keyboard shortcut for "Rename with SVN" does nothing #1605

Issue

Any assigned keyboard shortcut for "Rename with SVN" does not work. Assigned keyboard shortcuts work just fine for other SVN commands.

Others have mentioned this same issue as a comment in a different issue: https://github.com/JohnstonCode/svn-scm/issues/239#issuecomment-739482820

Creating a bug report for this issue, as this bug is only related to the other issue (https://github.com/JohnstonCode/svn-scm/issues/239) by association of user desired end result.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set a keyboard shortcut for "Rename with SVN"
  2. In the file explorer view, select a file and press keyboard shortcut
  3. Nothing happens
