Setting Home location in MP->Flight Planner does not set alt(abs) #482

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in MP->Flight Planner tap set home alt does not set alt(abs)
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arducoper APM1 2.7.3 MP 1.2.11 nav 1.0 +sonar win7

Yes I see the same in MP 1.2.31, but it seems to be a feature and not a 
failure. Check here what Michael Oborne writes 
http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/altitude-data-and-arducopter.
However I will keep this issue open because I think is it a bit confusing we 
have an absolute altitude that is relative.
