Copter should face forward (fly backward) when in RTL #485

I think it would be good if the (multi) copter would return 'front fowards'  
when RTL is engaged.

I ( and I think many others) learned to fly multicopters by keeping the tail 
towards me so that left is left, forward is forward etc.  

Now I have learned fly otherwise, but since RTL is used by many as the 'panic 
button' or failsafe I believe it would make sense to make the copter to come 
home 'front forward' i.e. it should yaw to an angle with the front pointing 
opposite to home before returning. 

This is one thing less to worry in case of an emergency. It could be an option 
in the missionplanner.
