Add _ to all member variable names #19

@JohnySeven - let me know if you're OK with this. If so, I'll start doing it in all the files I create, and modify. (I find it very helpful, by the way, and it's been done in almost all of SensESP.)

I also fixed a bug I introduced in the timezone code, in gui.cpp.
