I've redesigned Signal K settings page to allow user to change server's address and port and also find the server via mDNS - it doesn't work on my home network, so it need some testing, but for now it's OK.

Also I've added support for vibration and I've enabled vibration on warning message. So when warning is shown the watch vibrates.

Also I you are working on themes, I've not add any styles on SK page so buttons are using default rounded design.

@ba58smith I've added new commit that is fixing the tilt on/off switch issue. If you have time, please do review or I can merge this :-)
