Add Watch name #41

Commit 1 adds the watch name to the system, and saves it and retrieves it from SPIFFS, but doesn't display it anywhere except Watch Info.

Commit 2 adds it to the home page. Jan, if you don't want it there, let me know and I'll revert that commit.

One image shows the name in montserrat_16, the other in montserrat_22. I like the 16 better - what do you think? (And it's OK if you don't want it on the home screen at all. It didn't take much work to add it, and will take a few seconds to remove it.)

Sorry, I've been little busy last few days. Looking good, merging!
