enable buttons to send HTTP requests #96

The signalk-anchoralarm-plugin can be told that the anchor has been dropped/raised via simple HTTP POST requests.

It would be super helpful to be able to set the anchor status from the TWatchSK display. Bonus points for also being able to set the anchor radius and rode length.
