I don't know how much we can use straight out their source but I designed this using Mailchimp design tools. If nothing else here is your reference for the design.

@joshbodily changed the bottom of the email here, allows user to verify their email and opt-in to future emails from Mandrill (this is a Mailchimp requirement). No content really needs to change on this one. I've added this template to Mandrill.
