Teamwork task: Advanced Payment activity item titles missing

Steps to reproduce

Create a Payment builder action.
Navigate to the activity feed and check the title.
Notice that it will be using the fallback metadata title.

Expected behaviour

You should see the custom title on the Payment builder action in the activity feed.

Actual behaviour

There is no custom title in the activity feed for the Payment builder action.

@arrenv @AdrianDudko I think that this is related to the global issue with the titles. After refreshing the page, you should see an updated title. The same issue is also connected to this bug: https://github.com/JoinColony/colonyCDapp/issues/2373

@arrenv I can't reproduce this issue anymore (tested on https://qa-gnosis.colony.io/pageproqa)
