Prevent liquidation address appearing on load

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a USDC payment to a fiat enabled recipient.
2. On creating the payment, note the completed state.
3. You can repeat by hard refreshing the action.

Expected behaviour

• You should see an address appearing before the username appears in the metadata and recipient field.

Actual behaviour

• The liquidation address appears for a brief moment in the metadata and recipient field on load.
