Userhub outside of colony context

Story

As a USER, I would like to be able to access notifications and transaction history anywhere in the app.

Description

With the addition of the notifications feature, it has become more evident now that users need to be able to access the Userhub outside of the colonyContext. Allowing them to view and navigate to relevant colonies based on notifications received.

As the user is outside of the colony context, it will not be able to show all tabs and info related to a colony, so, can only show certain tabs as described below.

Implementation

This issue is complete when...

• [ ] Users are able to access the Userhub when connected in all screens by clicking on their username in the header.
• [ ] Users in a colony context should continue to see the Userhub tabs and info as is.
• [ ] Users outside of the colony context should see the following tabs, with the same info:
  • [ ] Notifications
  • [ ] Transactions
  • [ ] Stakes
  • [ ] Users clicking on clickable items within the Userhub should be directed to the relevant action in the correct colony.

I spoke to Arren about this yesterday and it's not a must-have for the upcoming release
