Unable to create an Advanced Payment action via the Staking decision method #3628

Steps to reproduce

  1. Bring up the Advanced Payments form
  2. Select Staking as the decision method
  3. Fill in all other required fields
  4. Submit the form

Expected behaviour

You are able to create the action.

Actual behaviour

Clicking the Create Payment button doesn't do anything and there are no errors on the console:
