[QA] Advanced payments table is not showing the initial empty row #3660

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open action form and select Advanced payment.

Expected behaviour

In production, an empty table with one row to complete is displayed:

Actual behaviour

In latest QA, the table does not show at all unless you click on Add payment:

There is a chance this is fixed by #3659, I will confirm tomorrow and update/close the issue.

This has been resolved in #3659
