[Dashboard - QA] Team not preselected in Split Payment action when opened via Pay button #3674

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to the dashboard and select a team.
Click on the "Pay" button within the "Total in and out" section.
Select split payment.
Observe the actions side panel that opens with the Payments action group.

Expected behaviour

The selected team should be preselected in the action form for "Split Payment."

Actual behaviour

Team not preselected in Split Payment action when opened via Pay button.
