[Advanced payment] Error displayed when uploading CSV file in advanced payment due to incorrect file structure #3715

Steps to reproduce

Open advanced payment.
Try to upload the CSV file in attachment.

Expected behaviour

The CSV file should be uploaded successfully if it follows the correct structure

Actual behaviour

An error message appears indicating that the file structure is incorrect, preventing the upload.
