[Staged payment] Pay Now button does not update after staking a payment in the staged payment #3727

Steps to reproduce

Leela creates a staged payment with 2 milestones.
Go to the Payment step.
Fry with no permission opens a Payment step.
Open "Make milestone payments" modal and select the Reputation decision method and Submit the Modal
Stake the transaction and wait until time left

Expected behaviour

The Pay Now button should update on "Released"

Actual behaviour

Pay Now button does not update after staking a payment in the staged payment
