TLS connections #7

Do we yet support a TLS connection? Think about the issue of self-signed certificates.

We are TLS as of https://github.com/JoinMarket-Org/jm-web-client/commit/085b5ce7e6f8c804646a04a3a6194bb7dd6fa3f7 which is fine for now. Probably will need more config options at some point.
