Anonimity set for makers utxos

not a an issue, just a question regarding anonymity.

is there any way to classify the anonymity set of an utxo? Suppose someone leaves yg running (as a maker) for a few months. How can one determine at least how many transactions each utxo was involved in or, more broadly, how can one determine the level of anonymity of his utxos?

You don't have any guaranteed anonimity as a maker, as any taker knows all links between inputs and outputs of transaction he is coordinating.
