bitcoind crashed on me and joinmarket happily tried to do joins. even after multiple failures calling bitcoind. it should parse the "cannot connect to server" error and cancel all orders, until bitcoind is back up.

Another useful thing could also be that when first starting up, the JoinMarket bot waits for Bitcoin Core to finish synchronizing. There's an RPC command that can give this information.

Crash label is wrong. yigen didnt crash. if it crash it would be ok, but it dosnt. this way you have yigens that offer joins but dont reply afterwards. We already have some of those in the pit...
