Describe the bug Mystery text autopopulating Memo's when sending or receiving transactions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'send'
Click on 'Memo Field.'
See autopopulating filler text

Current behavior When a user goes to send seeds, they see filler text in the memo section.

Expected behavior This field should say "Enter Memo" that automatically turns into a typable field when the user taps into it.
