Easy database setup and handling #12

Right now the database setup is not clear, so making a new agent with bgent is confusing.

[ ] Set up supabase local (see other issues)
[ ] Docs for setting up a new Supabase cloud instance
[ ] automate and save scripts for dumping and syncing

We've integrated supabase and added docs so this can be put down for now. In the future we'll want to use an adapter strategy to enable different database clients.
