Update to Visual Studio 2013 (VS120 compiler) #64

The vs120 compiler introduces a few really great C++11 features that are available on other platform since ever. Would be great if everybody could update their compiler, so we can update the windows project files :)

Please comment if you have Visual Studio 2013 up and running! Students can get it via Dreamspark - it is availble even at the non-premium version of dreamspark! For just compiling the free express version should also be sufficient.

Was a hard fight against Microsoft but i got it ready and running.
