Don't break MMRests on invisible elements #656

Partial backport of #24893 plus fixing some clang warnings

Resolves: musescore#24812 Does not resolve: musescore#15863 :-(

Some strange behavoir with system- and staff text (ann rehesal marks eand ...): making them invisible with MMRests enabled still breaks MMRests, disabling them shows these texts visible again. Need to check with upstream...

Ah, I see, that's basically what #24893's 2nd commit does, only that there doesn't seem to be an equivalent in the Mu3 sources. Not a new issue, so nothing to loose in merging this PR
