Is it possible to run 3.7 evolution competely portable? #684

As in tittle. So no interference with 3.6.2 Completely independent config files, ini files, shortcuts etc.

I've so far failed to get a PortableApp version built. It should be possible to run 3.7 with feeding it a different config directory using the -c command line option
