Thank you so much for the powerful tools! I would like to ask questions regarding the outputs of joint_covariance.py. I only obtained an output, db_weight_logic.pickle and updated gene_info.txt. No joint tissue covariance has been generated in the folder covariance_jointly that was created for saving new covariance matrix. Also, I didn't obtain any error message in my log file. The last log message that I obtained was "INFO - Ran successfully". Any suggestions are appreciated!
