Need some sort of backup power supply for the entire system (or just parts of the system).
This may also affect #2 as something like WiFi/Ethernet wouldn't work when there is a power cut.
Also need to consider how images are sent in these situations, which will influence #4
Consider using a battery but also have a mains (via USB?) connection. Can use a charge management chip. This charge chip is for Li-ion batteries (and what do we have here?)
