A user should be able to add an order (using addOrder) with a status other that pending #10

The addOrder command does not allow users to set the status of an order. The inability to set initial status on making an order is a little inconvenient. For example, if a user wants to add an old order for bookkeeping sake, they would have to add the order, then edit the order to change the status from pending.

They can just as easily set the status using the edit command, which should not be very inconvenient. This feature was added to simplify the process of adding an order as orders are usually meant to be "PENDING". We will work on improving this feature but it is currently not in our project scope. Thanks for the feedback!
