Wording of "Additional Notes" in add command is unclear #2

The meaning of "exact same name" is unclear. It can mean same characters but different case, or same characters but same case. This could be made clearer in the UG to prevent confusion.

Severiry is low as it is rather inconvenient. Users looking at this part of the user guide has to guess what an "exact same name" is.
