Confusing wording in order command in UG #9

Open Jolonauh opened 4 months ago

image.png "Deadlines can be set to a date before a date before today". I presume this means that a date before today can be specified in the order, but "a date before" is repeated. This can be confusing and inconvenient to some users as it could be interpreted as to a date before the before date, which doesn't make sense.

Team's Response

Thanks for the feedback, but we believe that this is only a grammatical error. The phrasing is understandable but can be improved for clarity, so we believe that it is VeryLow. On the PE website, grammar errors are also indicated to be severity.veryLow, hence why we suggest the change from Low to VeryLow.

However, we believe that this does not hinder the reader despite the phrasing we chose.
