Using outdated Flatpak runtime versions #131

Hey there, haven't looked very far into the project but stumbled upon the followig when updating my installed Flatpaks via flatpak update:

flatpak info io.github.jonmagon.kdiskmark grafik

I'm sure switching to a new version is not as simple as it may seem due to breaking changes / deprecations. Just wanted to create this to track the issue. I'm sadly unable to provide a pull request as my C++ Knowledge is limited.
