Ansible 2.8 removes the requirement for large swathes of the library/ directory #16

For certain, any fortios_* file should be able to be removed, however, fortiosconfig.py doesn't appear to be replicated in Ansible Core.

Check with FortiNet to see whether this is intended to be changed.
