Users are meant to directly add songs to their playlists through Spotify, and prune from the Bonsai Radio interface. Since we have their listening history, we could suggest top songs which aren't on their "radio station."
This may only exist as a list the user would still have to add from Spotify, since last.fm doesn't include the spotify Id (maybe we could pass back the title?)
