Seems like because of Dota 2 wiki migration from gamepedia to fandom and because bot uses assets from wiki now links are broken.
For example this bot comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/p9bsbx/when_the_drums_guy_gets_ya/h9wr5ox/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=web2x&context=3 leads to url https://gamepedia.cursecdn.com/dota2_gamepedia/1/17/Snip_ability_shrapnel_03.mp3 where are error with code "AccessDenied".
