On my first use, the screen turned white and unable to turn it off #49

  1. Not sure why the screen turned white when it had to be black

  2. Had only "tap with 4 fingers picked" and I am not able to remove the white screen. I'm stuck and I'm unable to use my phone normally.

Do you have dark mode on? Did you try a force restart? (In most cases long pressing both volume keys or similar combinations will do)
