Uh, house garages definitely do not.

Yes it does.

turn debug on
make sure u are owner of the house/apartment (otherways u cant see zone)
im not sure if they fixed it but from the release trigger zone was far away from actual garage so look around (if you see small zone u have to go in to activate garage). Or use my fork of ps-housing
if its still doesnt work find me on jdev discord i will assist u
