Is There a Way to Hide 'Purchase a License'? #86

I don't really want to deliver a site that has a 'Purchase a License' menu command in it. I certainly don't mind paying for a license, but once I do, is there a way to hide this from the Help menu?

There is no info anywhere that clarifies it...
