Add a folder of template files with checklists from https://www.equator-network.org. The checklists should contain the titles included in the checklists and a commented out section with the description of each item.
The idea is that these checklists could either be pasted into an R Markdown file (e.g. main.Rmd) or be imported using a script that is yet to be developed, and serve as a template when starting to write a paper.
