Update to simplifile 2.0.1 #10

Please could you update chrobot to work with simplifile 2.0.0 or greater. This seems like such a cool tool and I'd love to use it to test the package I'm working on, but it conflicts with wisp and birdie over simplifile. Thanks! 👍

@snailcreature I've upgraded gleam & simplifile in 2.2.5, please let me know if there is still a dependency issue with wisp
