Gitlab integration #13

Nice project here ! I was wondering if there is any plan for a gitlab (self hosted) integration.

@lionep definitely on my bucket list, should be a similar implementation to GitHub. Just some different api calls. Currently I have quite a lot to do, so I don't know when I'll get around to it
