This morning, for example, I only received a timetable change via the app notification.

Due to the unreliability, I currently still have both notification channels active. (Telegram and in the HA app)

The messages usually arrive via both ‘notify.telegram’ and notify.mobile_app_jurgen. Unfortunately not reliable.
