Once univariateML is submitted to CRAN we should make it work together with kdensity.

[x] Make parametric start queries look in univariateML for an estimator and a density function etc.
[x] Remove all existing parametric starts.
[x] Fix documentation, readme and vignettes to account for this.
[x] Add tests.
