Use own Pictures as Screenshot for Tiles #103

It would be great, if i could define own Pictures for the Tiles. I have one 
Tile, that links to a page opened in IE-Tab. And for this Tile the default 
"nopic.png" will be displayed. Here i want to define a own picture.
