Address Box becomes temporarily unusable after deleting a bookmark folder #19

Currently, when you delete a bookmark folder from Chrome, Fauxbar has to 
reindex your all your bookmarks.

This seems to be locking Fauxbar's database during this process, meaning the 
Address Box becomes unusable until the bookmark indexing is done.

Either need to reindex the bookmarks in chunks, or display a message as to why 
the Address Box isn't working.

Fixed in 0.5.4 - added a message advising that results may lag while bookmarks 
are reindexed.

Further fixed in 1.0.5. No longer stalls, so no message is needed.
