Let user change number of columns in tile editor #22

Currently this can only be done from the main Options > Tiles page.

Would be good to put the max column drop-down list on the tile edit page, so 
user doesn't have to switch tabs around and refresh to apply and see changes; 
'tis quite sloppy at the moment.
