Address Box bookmark result display issues

Duplicate/incorrect titles:

Bookmark results are sometimes being displayed with a title of a different 
result.
This seems to be happening when there is one bookmark result amongst a few 
history results, and as long as the bookmark result is not the first result.

I think the lone bookmark result is using the last result's title? This is 
probably a jQuery selector issue - titles are correct in Fauxbar's database.

Bookmark icon sits on a new line by itself:

Probably a width calculation issue, where result titles and URLs are not 
leaving enough space to the right of them to let the bookmark star icon fit in 
nicely.
Sometimes can be reproduced by pressing Backspace after typing a few letters.
Sometimes this happens by just typing normally though, so I'm not sure why this 
is occurring.
