Automatically-chosen site tiles: 1 tile max per domain #76

To prevent multiple pages within the same domain from being shown as site tiles 
(which can be quite redundant in most cases) automatically, add an option to 
limit only 1 tile per domain.

So like if you visit your Gmail pages a lot, only the top-ranking Gmail page 
will be shown as a tile, rather than possibly having multiple Gmail pages show 
up as tiles.

This will only affect automatically-chosen site tiles, not manually-chosen ones.
